I can say for sure that KB3004394 was no longer pushed on Thursday, so if you updated on Thursday or at a latter date, no need to worry about it. Also, you may end up unaffected by that update as well.

After installing the updates that came out this week, my Silverlight install became corrupted and it took several attempts to get it working again. I tried Microsoft's auto-fix, which failed; I finally removed it manually via the Control Panel and then installed it which resolved the issue.

I saw a Windows Update specifically for Silverlight this morning; my guess is this would have fixed your issue as well.
