I just got my GPS (to connect to my laptop) in the mail today. I got a great price ($30) getting it bundled with 'Microsoft Streets & Trips 2007'.
Which would be better (accuracy) 'Microsoft Streets & Trips 2007' or Google Earth after paying the $20 for an annual subscription to the GPS service?
I'm leaning toward Google just because it is probably more recent. Has anyone used either of the two and have any opinions?

I say none because i'm just biased towards Microsoft MapPoint. I've been driving with a friend of a friend who had this installed on his laptop along with I guess it was an external GPS on the dashboard...we were driving between Boston and RI..don't remember if it had voice animation or w/e but IMO the program is pretty cool...and on point for the most part. Check it out!
Edit: I just saw some features..it does seem to have voice capabilities. It has some other neat tools along with it as well.
Dang!..its mad expensive too compared to the $30 u spent but i'm sure u can get it for next to nothing if u do some digging. -
Thanks for the input Makaveli. I'll look into it and compare its features to the other two. Since it is Microsoft it is surely compatible with the GPS unit I just bought.
So you needed a GPS from Boston to R.I.? Rt. 95 man! -
lol..I know right...nah I had to take care of some business at a local district court in Mass. so I needed directions. No i'm not a criminal
just some traffic violations....
<-----Edit:...I was speeding in the Range
Microsoft Streets or Google Earth?
