I noticed in my program list I have 5 different program versions of Microsoft Visual C++ files...can I delete a few of these or do they work with eachother? If so, which ones can I delete?

I think some games and programs might require the specific versions of files contained in those packages. They don't do any harm being installed concurrently. Don't worry about it. :)

Yeah, what saturnotaku said. They're definitely meant to work together, and they're only about 5-10MB for each package. Games will often install those at first setup. Leave them in, or programs will break.
