    Microsoft Word 2007 keeps freezing!! help!

    Hey, just recently, my microsoft word 2007 keeps freezing.. It freezes when I try and go to file> open, and when I try and close it, and when i try and alternate between documents with alt tab.

    I have tried reinstalling office, it did not solve the problem.. anyone please help

    Are you able to get to:
    File > Word Options (bottom right corner) > Resources > Diagnose

    Run that if you can and see if it turns up anything.

    If your using vista try downloading the updates that came out yesterday, and see if that helps. If not, or your using XP then restart your PC. If the problem still persists then i think you might want to call Microsoft for help since you paid like $200 for their product and it's acting up.

    Yeah, get the latest updates from Office Update if you haven't done that.
