I bought me one to upgrade-Clean install from Vista Business Notebook to Win 7 SP1 on Lenovo ThinkPad R61i-better M$ operating system ,I'm upgrading the CPU from T2390 to T8100 and Upgrading the Disk Drive to 250GB(had this one from SSD upgrade) from 120GB.

The pics say "intended for distribution with a refurbished PC." I had no idea such a thing even existed, but they otherwise look just like OEM discs.

It's probably legit, but I'm wary of that seller's feedback. 98.9% is fantastic anywhere except fleBay. Besides, an actual OEM copy of W7 HP is only $10 more from Amazon.

Its on ebay daily sales today front page and been selling for some time, its legit out 2007 sales about 5 complained-probably the competition asking more money for theres. Its oem,,only two types retail and oem, I read M$ licensing on oems,, 1.can be installed on new pc by system builder 2. sold to another system builder so long as its sealed, with coa and key.

Its full version 7 SP1 Home premium 32bit and 64 bit with COA and Product key, Professional is doing well in sales too.

yes, getting out of vista a new life, Mine will be in wednesday for my Spare Lenovo Thinkpad R61i.
M$ Hologram on the disks are clearly visible in 7 SP1 HP and Pro.

Side note: I went in gmail yesterday with IE 9, Vista cannot use IE10, gmail said update your browser to google chrome as it no longer supports IE 9 , functionality is limited.

lol, First time I have heard of oem refurbished as well, oem does the same job,,most likely these were an offshoot so as license pc's when a different mobo was installed on a pc making it a new computer/refurbished one, did not gel in the market so they are being sold off in droves.

If it's on the front page then it's definitely legit. Ebay started cracking down on sellers posting Windows OS keys for sale after the MSDN fiasco a while back. I think MS got tired of blacklisting keys and for some time you hardly didn't see any auctions for that sort of stuff.

Windows 7 SP1 Home Premium Full Version-32bit,64bit disks came in early,no fancy packaging,Installed , activated Windows 7 first attempt.USPS 1st class mail. The Disks were sealed-have hologram,sticker-coa plus Product key.

1.) Let Windows 7 make the partitions on your Boot Drive-delete formatted partition-dont install on one partition , there is two partitions windows 7 makes small one-boot, large one windows 7 op sys.
2.) Updates,,read a book there 100 + of them, download and install 1/3 at a time is better, maybe.. :)
    3.) Christmas came early,, :)
