    You mean to ask why they didn't release these all over the world? Well I'm not sure but maybe they wanted everyone to get genuine special wallpapers for that region.

    Although i didnt like anyone enough to replace my current wallpaper..

    but i put it on Singapore network on Facebook for the Singaporeans to enjoy.
