This static read-only archive was pulled by NBR forum users between January 20 and January 31, 2022, in an effort to make sure that the valuable technical information that had been posted on the forums is preserved. For current discussions, many NBR forum users moved over to NotebookTalk.net after the shutdown.

    Missing USB link

    Whenever I wake-up my pc after putting it to sleep, the USB link will be loss.

    And in order to use the USB link again for my printing, I'll have to restart my pc so that I can get back the link.

    Can anyone help?

    I believe this is an OS/driver issue. I think if you updated the OS, it may fix this problem. Another thing you might want to try, is to disable power management for your USB ports in the Device Manager. See if that helps.
