Does anyone know what visual style is used in this image?

Or how I can get something very similar?

Windows 7's default Aero only looks good with white, black and blue backgrounds. It looks horrible with anything else. Everything's blue no matter how I futz with the colors.

I want something more minimalist, more colorless, more easy to blend with anything...

Edit: I figured out that the guy used ObjectDock, which is not really what I want to do since it just replaced the taskbar with a dock that looks like the taskbar. I'm trying to modify the entire UI to a clear/gray/white minimalist-transparent look that will match any wallpaper regardless of the primary color.

I was able to do this on my old computer with Windows XP and a white/gray visual style called VS_Logomatic, but at first I liked Win7 Aero and it looked pretty good with the walls I had used up to that point, but this new one just looks awful with the UI. :(

Yeah I managed to figure it all out, it's a lot like doing it in Windows XP, only more obtuse and annoying to do.

I would now like to know how to get an all-in-one system monitor pane or gadget on the left side of my screen. I have no patience for Rainmeter, and it doesn't look like it can do GPU monitoring.
