Is there any software that monitors CPU (Temp, Load, Clock, Throttle, etc.); GPU (Temp, Core, Shader, Mem, etc.); RAM usage, and network usage among other things?

I created a skin for Rainmeter that monitors RAM usage, CPU Load, HDD space, etc here http://www.skinbase.org/rate.php?skins=34558.

Was wondering if there is any software that does all requested above or if someone who has worked with Rainmeter knows of ways to track CPU temp, clock, throttle and GPU temp, core, etc. on the program.

    Thanks.
(picture of the skin I created below)

Any help, or will I just have to have several monitoring programs open? Thanks.

tried and made my own skin for Samurize, has almost everything I need, but trying to figure out how to script for a GPU core, clock and shader monitor and how to get DNS, LAN, and GW ids.
