This static read-only archive was pulled by NBR forum users between January 20 and January 31, 2022, in an effort to make sure that the valuable technical information that had been posted on the forums is preserved.     As far as i can find the lowest pledges belong to Niger with 15 pledges folloed by mali and bhutan with 16 pledges

    Haiti has 12, Equatorial Guinea has 11, and Montserrat and Saint Kitts and Nevis both have 10.

    edit: a couple more have 10 as well. I think 10 is the lowest amount of pledges from a region.

    I really like this map. It's interesting to see how active different countries are. Some are very surprising too, like Iran with 1417 so far and even Cuba at 111.
