I just installed TrueCrypt and while trying to encrypt the whole hd, it asked me if i had single or multi-boot.

Now the problem is that i don't know what to chose because during start-up the boot menu shows 3 versions of Vista. Out of the 3 only one works and i was wondering if i should fix this problem 1st or can I just choose multi-boot in the Truecrypt guide?

if only one of them works you should remove the other two from boot.ini xD
