When I tried to move the "Music" system folder, I got a bizarre error. Instead of having the option to use the location tab to move it, it seems as if Windows doesn't know it exists. See the attached screenshot...
Any thoughts?

Chalk it up to Vista's "virtual folder" concept
You need to create the folder, then edit the registry to point to it..i cannot say exactly how to do it since I don't have a vista machine in front of me, but here is a link that will give you a place to start.
