Whenever I hit the C: Drive, I seem to easily be able to get in and manipulate its contents. Is there a way to stop my drive from being so easily accessible(i.e. have a warning (this warning feature I think is in XP)...or... a password lock come up on it?)

Well, in XP I remember it had that warning automatically. In Vista, you can right click on the drive and select the security tab. Then you can just set different levels of permissions for different users. In other words, make it so only administrators can modify or delete stuff.

Honestly the C: root doesn't worry like the Windows directory.
