I just bought a new to me Eurocom Racer that came with Win 7 Pro 32-64 bit [upgrade] DVDs and license key. I migrated to a larger HDD immediately but couldn't get the Pro to accept the key doing a clean install. I wound up installing with a Win 7 HP disk and when it ask for a key it allowed me to continue to the desktop where I was able to do a Anytime Windows upgrade with the Pro DVD. Its weird it let me go to Windows without a key on the HP version.

You can install any Windows 7 edition without a product key and continue using it for 30 days (can be extended up to 120 days).

Microsoft approved way is to install first without key, then reinstall over that one with an upgrade key. -
The double install method is actually pretty easy. I just didnt realize you could do an install without entering a key. After I got to the desktop it didnt take a whole lot of time to do the upgrade. So it wasnt to bad.
My experience with Win 7 upgrade disk
