Hi guys. Please help me with this prob.
I have an Inpiron 1520 with Vista but all several games don´t run on it. These are:

    Pro Evolution Soccer 6
    FiFA 2007
    Need for Speed Carbon

    Is there any solution?

If you haven't already, you can start going to the game manufacturer's websites, and see if they have made any patches for Vista. When I tried to install The Sims 2 awhile back, it wouldn't let me install on Vista and it turns out that they made a patch for Vista, and after that it was smooth sailing.

Or, you could try running the games in compatibility mode on the OS that they are supposed to work on. Those are just a couple of things that you can do first. Also, check Microsoft for any hotfixes that they may have out regarding any incompatibilities or even the video card/dell's website for any news.

Also, do you have 32 bit or 64 bit Vista?

That's not the problem. Some applications simply aren't compatible with Vista, despite Microsoft's claims that it [Vista] is backward compatible.

I haven't play much games on Vista, but for those older games I always install as administrator if it fails to install, and disable visual themes under compatibility if it doesn't work.

You might try compatibility mode. Go to the .exe file, right click and run as "Windows XP" mode

On some games and programs, I simply explore the disk/cd and click setup instead of installing from it's flash menu(which most have).

Sometimes it works as a good bypass.
