After about a week of personal testing including some torture, I have to give thumbs up to the Eset smart security suite, I am running this on vista ultimate x64 , after visiting some known undesirable virus malware sites, the Nod32 antivirus and malware did its usual thing and caught everything that was throwen at it, I could have done a more in-depth testing but time is my problem, the firewall seemed pretty good but it does take some time to figure out, you can run the firewall on automatic set and forget at install but I choose to go with the interactive mode where it asks you to set a rule on incomming and outgoing traffic, I did do a experiment where I did a factory restore including all the bloatware that came with it and with the eset firewall set at interactive, it almost blew my mind on how much of the bloatware was trying to phone home and I would let it pass and low and behold it was not long till the firewall warned me of incomming, I traced the ip# and it was a server trying to communicate with some bloatware, this happened on many occasions.
The anti-spam worked well for me as it figured out what is good mail, but I cant really give you a good break down of it because I dont get much spam.
After all this, I did a clean install with no bloatware and set the Smart Suite to my liking and everything is good, the whole smart suite uses a small ram foot print and it didnt slow my system down.
I could have been more concise in my testing but like I said Im limited to time not to mention this suite is new and there may be some issues, but I have not found anything yet.

Thanks. I'll probably end up getting ESS in June when my NOD32 AV subscription runs out. In the meantime, I'm using Comodo FP which appears to work fine.

I've had this program installed for about a week now and I am really pleased with it
, I previously had Symantec Client Security, which came with my Lenovo/IBM laptop. I have noticed a big increase in performance, what used to seem like quite a while for programs to open now they are quite fast. I also have not noticed any problems with any of the ESET programs.

I realy like Nod32 + zonealarm pro firewall.
I was running vista ultimate x64, and the only one good choice was ESET security. So i uninstall my nod32 and install the suite. In automatic mode the firewall block the http that i host. The firewall just block my http without asking or note. Only why my http to be reached was to use manual mode and to add the program that i`m using the http in that list. But in manual mode i must add all program manually, no asking when running program (IE, firefox, outlook, ICQ, skype..........) ?!?!?!?!?!?
So why i need firewall under vista x64............. and i roll back to eset nod 32 antivirus + vista firewall.
And finally now, i install vista ultimate x32. Because i read that use hdd less than x64, and runnig at same speed. IT IS NOT TRUE, VISTA ULTIMATE X32 RUNING SLOWER THAN VISTA X64 ON AMILO XI 1526 2GB RAM.
Now i have vista x32 + nod 32 3.0 + zonealarm antivirus (antivirus is stopped). AND I`M LOOKING FOR BATTER SOLUTION)))))), AND GOOGLE SAND ME HERE
)))))))))))))
