    My scrollbar jumps to top, but only in IE8?

    How come when I scroll with my Laptop trackpad on my HP notEliteBook 6930p the when scrolling down really fast IE8 will jump to the top? Using the side trackpad thing where you drag a finger. This only happens in IE8 and is very annoying.
