Good find.
The release might possibly be earlier, depending on the sort of feedback they get from the OEMs. According to this Win7 MSDN blog posting Our Next Engineering Milestone,
This zdnet blog entry comes to more or less the same conclusions, although the author is a little more aggressive on the earliest RTM dates possible (she believes RTM could be as early as late August or early September); nonetheless, she does believe that a November release is the most likely (which also happens to be the same timeframe in which _Vista was released). -
I bought a new Toshiba laptop last month. If MS does release W7 in Dec 09 do I qualify for a free upgrade?

I remember reading about a date around June-July where if you buy a pc within there, they will give you a free upgrade to Windows 7
