This static read-only archive was pulled by NBR forum users between January 20 and January 31, 2022, in an effort to make sure that the valuable technical information that had been posted on the forums is preserved. NHC 2.0 Pre-Release 06 Error

Hey guys, I know you aren't like programmers of Notebook Hardware Control, so I'm not expecting miracles. But I was hoping maybe some of you have experienced this problem, and know of a solution. I just downloaded and installed NHC 2.0 Pre-Release 06. When I try to run it I get an error.

I looked thru the forums here and some guy fixed that by deleting what was in his C:\Program Files\Notebook Hardware Control\acpi folder. I tried that but same thing happened. Anybody kno how to fix this? Thanks ahead of time.

EDIT: I'm running Vista, I dunno if it'll help or not.
