RMClock 2.35. I have my T7300 chugging along at 0.9V 600MHz when it isn't busy.

You can't change the voltages. So it is impossible to undervolt your laptop. I am using RM clock and it works good. :)

My superFLM works on 0.850v@600mhz fine and i have a T7500. You should be able to lower yours aswell to 0.850v.

It nearly sits at 600mhz all the time, it only flies up when i open programs then sits back down to 600mhz. Awesome stuff.

Id recommend RMclock 2.35 if your board supports superflm & ida.

Well, you'll have to switch to some other software then. Dynamic CPU switching is NOT compatible with Vista, never was, and never will be as NHC is no longer being developed.

Power setting is a very broad term. Vista offers quite a few settings you can tweak without the need for any additional software. If you're looking for voltage tweaking and other more advanced settings and you have a santa rosa board+c2d combo, you can ditch NHC altogether. As santa rosa wasn't supported by NHC and never will be. Sad truth.

There are a lot of other apps available that do the same thing, some already mentioned in this thread. Give them a try and find your mix.
