If you made the Recovery Discs, you could recover the original installation, then backup your activation using my ABR tool. See the clean install guide in my signature for details.
Otherwise the only other way is to activate by phone. Maybe there is another phone number you can call for it? -
mmmmmm , i saw your program but when after the format i saw the key buts it told me that cant find the certified
and told me the key is invalid for activation
and i tried to use the telephone but like i said its in hebrew and i cant undestand them , if u can tell me the steps like press 2 on the phone to enter something i will be appreciate it . -
even if you get the write buttons to push wont the people on the other end still be speaking hebrew?
-
if i send them the installation id the will send me the confirmation id or not ? if true i must know the right button to enter the numbers , btw i can know the numbers in hebrew

@Salah:
Here are a list of other phone numbers. One of the might work better for you:

I imagine that another country's activation center could help you. Do you have a local friend that speaks Hebrew?
-
Couldn't you call a different country to activate it where they speak English or Arabic?
-
Could the Palestinian Authority help? There number is:
(962) (6) 5503439(this charges a toll) -
have you actually listen to the whole message til the very end when you called? Normally if in non-english country, the first message is in its native language, followed by the same message in English.
