Okay, so I bought my laptop with Home Premium (Vista) already installed thinking everything was all dandy. I even bought the extended Dell support (yay, I'm covered for 3 years!)

So I had a problem using Remote Desktop Connection and I was on support with Dell for 40 minutes and turns out the guy said that they don't know what theyre doing yet because Vista is so new. He advised me to call up Microsoft and he said I have a 90 day free trial period.

I called up Microsoft and they said that "TECHNICALLY" the 90 day support trial is VOIDED because "TECHNICALLY" Dell installed the software (voiding the 90 day free support) NOT Microsoft.

So looks like I'm **** outa luck. Good job Microsoft! Lets build a new OS and charge $60 PER ISSUE! YAY

    WHAT A JOKE!

It doesnt say that it's NOT available in the other versions. Plus, I see it there, I just get an error message when I try to use it saying I have something wrong with usernames.

Plus, the guys from tech support say it works anyway. I'm just mad that I have to pay $60 lol
