I dual boot with Vista and XP with Vista in the C drive and XP in the E drive. I have an old version of a disk cloning software called Acronis. I used it to clone and restore XP one time. It worked, but the trouble was it put XP in the C drive and wiped out Vista in the process. This is like restoring using the recovery disk that comes with your computer. It wipes out everything and creates one drive, the C drive. I need a disk cloning program that will let me choose which drive to restore to. Do you use or know of such program? Thanks.

The newer versions of Acronis have the functionality you are looking for. I suggest you download a trial version and see if you like it.
