I'm tried to animate some text in Powerpoint, but they disappear after the animation is finished. How do I prevent it from disappearing?

How are you applying the animation? It shouldn't be vanishing after the animation is completed.

To get a better picture of what is going on, try using the Custom Animation pane: Animations (tab) > Custom Animation. Then apply the animations from there.

Did you verify that the effect options are correct? After animation should not be set to "Hide after animation."

I got it working, but in a weird way... Whenever it doesn't work I remove the animation from the animation pane. Then I reapply them again with the same steps and they worked. From my knowledge, if you do the same steps, you'll get the same results. However PPT managed to "fix" itself.
