Okay, I'm running W7 x64 and am having some issues getting some programs ( games ) to run at all and I figured as I have a Vista x86 copy here and I know these programs ( games ) work fine under vista x86 so I'll just do myself a dual-boot but the problem is I want to install the Vista Os after W7 has already been installed.

Now, I have easyBCD on hand but am not 100% sure it's all I'm going to need to fix the W7 boot loader after I install vista on a 40gb partition which I already have set aside.

Is there anything I should know before hand about installing Vista after W7 for a dual-boot config?

While I wait for responses I'll be downloading the Vista x86 drivers for my hardware.

What kinds of issues are you running into? A dual-boot solution doesn't really sound like the best idea, especially when it's just down to Vista.

Did you set the games to run in Vista compatibility mode in properties?
