msconfig.exe-Bad Image
C:/Windowssystem32/ODBC32.dll is either not designed to run on windows or it contains an error .Try installing the program again using the original installation media

I would run a "check disk" on your hard drive. It could be just a simple hard drive corruption messing with windows.
open a command prompt - CMD and type in CHKDSK /R
You'll probably get an error about the volume being locked or something - that's normal.
Next just reboot your computer and windows will check the disk on startup and fix any errors automatically.
Be advised the disk check can take a while (1+ hours) especially if you have a big slow drive.
