I am trying to put one email together, to 300 people, who's email addresses are all in this one CSV file.
Do I have to import all of these into one contact name (I do not want them as individual contacts in my Outlook) or, can I just somehow import all of their names into the "to" field of one email?

    Using Outlook 2010...thanks!

Created a new "Contact Group" within contacts (sub-folder).
Imported CSV based addresses to this sub-folder then emailed everyone in this list.

You can also edit everything in Excel or any spreadsheet program. I've had to do it when importing my Google contacts to Thunderbird. Once the .csv files is exported, you can "Open with" or double click it and select your spreadsheet program after selecting "manually choose which program to use". From there it's simple (but finicky) tweaking!

Or you can do the sub-folder thing. ;) Congrats!
