I need help with Syncback Pro. I used the free trial version and it worked well. Thus, I bought the program, have the serial #, and receipt for the transaction.
However, I can't set up a schedule and I know of several problems:
1) I keep getting a message that the "set password button has not been used,
2) I get an error message OX8007005
3) I believe I "registered" and have a user name, and password but when I try to use it it says it is not correct/invalid and won't let me log in to their site.
I wonder if anyone can help me with these problems as he program does appear to do what I want. Thanks.
