    Hey guys,

I was wondering if I need these programs for startup or if I can disable them. I had asked the guys over at the Asus forum as these programs are more Asus programs but they do not seem to know the answer. I also want to know if I can delete them at all because I have no clue what the following programs do:

    DMedia from AsusTEK
    ASScrPro
    ASScrProLog.exe
    ATKOSD2
    Synaptics Pointing Device
    ccAPP
    IS Cfgwiz
    SM56 Helper from Motorola
    Cognizance from Cognzance Corp

Also should I remove the startup programs from Windows Defender Startup programs or MSconfig?

You should Google all of the apps to see what other people are saying about them, that's how i got rid of all of my bloatware.
    Use MSconfig.
