I uninstalled my Nero 7 Trial Version, yet when I searched the laptop, I still came up with all this left over stuff:

I guess what I'm asking is, is it okay to recycle them and delete?

There are shared DLLs and stored program data. You should be perfectly safe deleting them, but caution is always wisest. Recycle the "Ahead" folder and run your system for a week. If you don't see any adverse effects, empty the recycle bin and move on.

Alrighty. We shall see what happens. I'm guessing the same, they are safe to delete. Because I did run the Uninstallation correctly, so I would imagine those are just left over files. But like you said, caution is wise, so I'll give it a week.
