I'm connected through a wireless router and it comes up EVERY TIME. I have to click on this button almost every time I go to a new page, and there doesn't seem to be any option, anywhere, to turn it off. This is absolutely ing insane. What's worse is that half the time the window disappears behind firefox and I have to find it.

    Try this:

. Open IE -> tools -> internet options -> connections tab -> click "never dial a connection"

    . Restart

    cheers ...
