Whenever I right click on something in IE, and click on "Open in New Windwow", the window opens small. If I want to open it full size like it did previously, what do I need to do?

Try dragging the corners to the edge then close
the window by clicking the 'X' while holding down the CTRL key.
    I have IE7. :)

I don't have to press CTRL with mine, but otherwise I second all said above.

Just open an IE window, only one, drag it to the edges, then close it. after that all of them will open big.

Yup; that's what it takes - IE retains the settings of the last .window that was closed and, generally, applies them to the next .window to be opened.
