Alright, so I just downloaded itunes onto my new laptop and started importing some songs. Unfortunately, the information on the cd such as the album name and song titles do not appear in itunes. The songs simply appear as "tracks." I would like to keep my library organized but having to go and manually edit every single song file would be a pain. Is there anything I can do to save me the headache and the time?

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

iTunes should lookup the names for you but if it doesnt then you can try manually doing it by going to the advanced tab>get cd track names.
You will need to have an internet connection, and make sure your firewall isnt blocking itunes.

NB: if these are compiliation cd's you have made then this method wont work, infact as far as I know no cd ripping program will be able to get this to work.
