This static read-only archive was pulled by NBR forum users between January 20 and January 31, 2022, in an effort to make sure that the valuable technical information that had been posted on the forums is preserved.     I just got an XPS M1530 yesterday (great laptop) running Vista Ultimate, and this morning I noticed that when I right click on the desktop and hit new, my only two options are new contact and new bitmap image. Yesterday it had the normal ones: new folder, new .txt file, etc. How to I get the old options back? Thanks.

    Nevermind, I just System Restored and it's back.
