Hey people. My friend has a problem with her camera. Before when she connects her camera into the USB, the autorun menu will prompt up asking her what to do. Now, when she does it, it doesn't show up even tho the computer still recognizes it in "My Computer." Is there a way to turn on that autorun menu again?

I've already tried the way through the right click - properties - autorun

Verify that the service "Shell Hardware Detection" is automatic/manual and running.

Also on microsoft.ca there's a small tool called autorunx (i think) that does a diagnostic to check that the autorun feature is functioning properly. Good luck
