    No more URGE, but Media Guide?

    I just noticed my media player says media guide instead of urge...did this just happen, or am i slow...

    Yeah, i just noticed this too. I don't know what happened to poor URGE even though i never used it. :confused:

    URGE was cancelled by MTV. MTV and RealNetworks' Rhapsody have a new music store now, without Microsoft involved.

    URGE was an ill-fated music store in partnership with MTV. I guess it was Microsoft's attempt at creating an iTunes killer for all of the other non iPod players out there (besides Microsoft's own Zune)
