    No smooth scrolling in Chrome?

    After a quick Google search it seems it's not possible. Did anyone find anything?

    i experience a problem with chrome , after using it for some time my touch driver fails , and i need to restart the use the right area scroll feature

    what do you mean by "smooth scrolling"? I've been using Chrome for quite some time and haven't had any issues yet.

    Hmmmm, interesting. Never really paid that much attention. Usually I turn off all the bells and whistles anyhow just to get to what I need to as quickly as I can.

    That is the main reason I don't use Chrome: it has no smooth scrolling.

    Smooth scrolling helps me to get faster to where I want because the scrolling is much more accurate. Firefox and Opera have good smooth scrolling.

    Chrome has very fast scrolling but it is clunky.

    I usually get this when I am on websites with non English letters.
    I have a Synaptics Touchpad.

    I usually disable smooth scrolling, takes too much CPU time on my computer.

    Firefox scrolls WAY to slow for me.

    Chrome scrolls faster and smoother for me than any other browser (despite the lack of smooth scrolling).

    Same - I actually don't really like smooth scrolling; I disable it in all my browsers.

    If Chrome can do it, why can't FF This alone negates any issues with GPU or drivers.

    Edit: Disabled smooth scrolling in FF and it's much better. Still not as good as Chrome though.
