This static read-only archive was pulled by NBR forum users between January 20 and January 31, 2022, in an effort to make sure that the valuable technical information that had been posted on the forums is preserved.     You can see if the system supports it by going to the BIOS and check to see if Virtualization (in your case VT-x) is a switchable option. Alternatively you can use System Information programs like HWInfo to see if Intel Virtual Machine Extensions is supported.

    I would directly hit the BIOS, and look for the option. It ie entirely that you have a CPU and chipset that support it, but the BIOS doesn't allow for it to be enabled.
