So I downloaded the warrock game and then later decided it was not good so I uninstalled the program. Then today I had some problems and windows explorer went haywire so I did a sytem restore to yesterday. The restore point said "unintstall of warrock" I guess naming that the major change. Now windows explorer is working fine but the thing is warrock still shows up under my programs. I tried uninstalling but it says setup.exe cannot run. So I am wondering is it because the program is already uninstalled and windows is just incorrectly reporting that the program is still installed. I went to my computer and went to my hardrive and found the warrock folder which was only 125 mb and not the 1.21 gb that windows reports. Any suggestion on how to find out if i really uninstalled and if windows is just reporting it incorrectly?

Well, if you restored to the "Uninstall of Warrock" restore point, that means that you restored to a point just before uninstalling the game. That means that it probably revived all or a portion of the unistalled game, leading to what you have now.

But why does the setup.exe not run? Also I can't find the files where the 1.21 gb resides so I am confused.

Why not restore further to just before you installed the game?

Nvm after restart. The size it takes is 10 mb now so most of the files are gone. Probably some other folder lurking around.

10MB may be just savegames, saved settings or stuff..,

Sometimes Games & Apps Uninstall but leave the Start menu shortcuts & the Folder under Programs, But every thing else should be gone. You can just delete them.
Do what others suggested and restore to an earlier point. -
Go into the Program Files and check if it's still there.
Not sure if it uninstalled
