    Hi there,
My laptop is the Samsung 535U3C A01 and I'd like to enable the battery life extender feature found in the attachment, but for some reason, whenever I click off it, it seems to disable it by itself?

The same thing also happens when I try to turn it on from the BIOS. I'll save the changes but when I reset my laptop it is automatically disabled again.

    Any help is appreciated!

Try an EC refresh by removing the battery and power supply/AC adapter, along with any peripherals. Push the power button a few times and let the laptop sit for about 5 minutes, then reconnect the battery (and the adapter, if you want - or if the battery isn't charged).

It needs to be enabled in BIOS before the software utility can function, from what I've read.

I have been having the exact same problem except I have a model A02, when activated in the bios the battery life extender option works as long as I don´t shut off the notebook or reboot it. Then the settings are lost again! No comments from Samsung yet other then that I should wait for the next BIOS update which supposedly was already to come out last week! The other option that is to send it in for repair which I will likely do since its still under warranty.

    Cheers from Germany
