    Olá. Esse notebook está com um problema que não consigo solucionar; ao ser iniciado ele começa a apitar e trava na tela "Iniciando o Windows". Alguém poderia me dar uma sugestão para esse problema? Obrigada

    We can try to help, but we'll need some basic information about your system. Which version of Windows are you running? What did you do last before the problem occurred? And what is the exact model of your laptop?

    I advise attempting to load Safe Mode (tap F8 repeatedly at start until menu displays options, then select "Safe Mode"). If it works, try using a restore point, or a disk check utility to scan for bad sectors.

    Except for it being not in English you could also be more precise about the model. It's definitely not called ASPIRER but ASPIRE- and I'm pretty sure it's not S741Z- that wouldn't fir Acer's naming scheme.

    More likely 5741Z but I'm just guessing here.
