I want to change the way the numlock works on my laptop.

    On my old laptop:
If NumLock is off, the keys naturally type letters.
If NumLock is off, and I hold the Fn key the keys represent the arrows etc.
If NumLock is on, and I hold the Fn key the keys represent the numbers.

    Now on my new laptop:
If NumLock is off, the keys naturally type letters.
If NumLock is off, and I hold the Fn key the keys represent the arrows etc.
If NumLock is on, the keys type numbers.
If NumLock is on, and I hold Fn while typing they go back to typing letters.

On my old laptop, I could change the way it worked in the BIOS, but on my new laptop, there wasn't an option to change the way the keyboard works. Is there another way to change it so that it works like my old laptop? Thanks.

Autokey is probably the closest utility that I can think of.
