i have heard a lot about how it is a pain to upgrade from a vista 32 bit home premium OEM to a 64 bit retail. About how you first buy the 32 bit reatil and ask microsoft to ship you the 64 bit. what i want to know is if a 32 bit home premium key will work on a 64 bit Retail disk.

What other easier way exists to obtain a vista 64 home premium retail?
