Haven't tried it.. But I've been running ObjectDock.
    (It is free)
    http://www.stardock.com/products/objectdock/

WARNING: Conflicts with Win DVD 5 in fullscreen mode. Don't forget this, or you could spend hours trying to figure out what the problem is (with your StarDock hidden, its easy to forget its there)

Just looking at the screenshots for the FlyAKiteOSX.. It looks like some of the graphics and icons might have been stolen (illegally) from Mac OS X...

I have been using flyakite for a long time.
it is a themeing utility that doesn't change any settings in your system.
It only changes the icons and user interface elements. It is very safe and
    easily uninstallable.

highly recommended if you want your laptop behave like a mac

Thanks. I have tried Yz dock, rocketdock, Mobydock, and Object dock and fpund ObjectdocK the best.
One of them tries to login in someweb site (opea asked me the permission), still not sure which one but I suspect it is RocketDock but I may be wrong.

I have installed UXTheme patcher. I want to ask is there any place to get Icon and Cursors, free and without getting malware.
    Thanks

I don't know about icons and cursors, but full themes are available at userinterfacelift. Some of them are quite nice.

It looks nice, but I prefer ObjectDock myself, as well.

I tried Tclock yerterday and looks nice but use on ur own risk. I have recovery programme RollbackRx so used it without any danger.
