Just recently (about today), I can't quite click on the third tab that is open.

I can click on any other tabs, but if I have a 3rd tab open, and I go to click on it, it will click through the tab and not select it, and I have to click in a few places (usually near the edge of the tab) to click on it.

I tried re-installing, and going into safe mode, neither worked.

Even more weird, if I re-size the window (anything but maximized), I can click on it just fine.

Also, if I have it open on my second monitor (not my primary monitor), it works just fine maximized or re-sized.

This one is a bit to weird for me to figure out it seems. And no, I haven't installed anything recently, or messed with Firefox at all.

Firefox 4 is really buggy. Despite the fact that it was released months after it was supposed to it still feels rushed.

Ya, I have heard some bugs people have been having, but I haven't heard this one before. Odd too, because I haven't had any problems with it since I installed it.

Yep. Mainly performance issues however. My main problem is the sluggish/interrupted scrolling, especially when the webpage contains pictures/videos/flash...
    Awful.

No issues with it for me so far, missing a few of my old addons I liked so that was the biggest change for me, oh and less space to see my favorite persona.

I had it hang on me once but just had to close it and open it up again.

I had a very similar problem like yours a while ago.
I don't know if its your case, what I discovered was a small issue with the Firefox Theme or Persona.
After I unistalled them or turned them off, everything worked fine again.

    Thanks for the help guys.

I reverted back to an older version of Firefox 4, and then 3.9.6, and then re-installed 4 with no themes/add-ons, and also re-started my computer again.

Apparently something I did along the way fixed it (not sure what cause I did like 20 things haha), so all is well now.
