The Notebook Review forums were hosted by TechTarget, who shut down them down on January 31, 2022. This static read-only archive was pulled by NBR forum users between January 20 and January 31, 2022, in an effort to make sure that the valuable technical information that had been posted on the forums is preserved. For current discussions, many NBR forum users moved over to NotebookTalk.net after the shutdown.

    Office 2003 cut and paste issue????????

    Using powerpoint 2003.
    Im using it to make CD J-cards. Always have for years.
    New version 2003. Every time I cut text in any font.
    Then I paste it somewhere else, it pastes in the
    REF Specialty font so it ends up symbols upon pasting.
    I then have to highlight, and change the font to what it
    was. The orig that I copied from stays fine. But the paste I do,
    pastes at this symbol font.

    I cant figure it out.

    Any ideas??
