Hi
I have already have Office 2003 and have purchased 2007 Pro Plus. I have tried to install it and it installs fine, accepts product key etc, but only operates in functionality mode. It will not let me activate at all. Also, no activation wizard appears.
i have tried uninstalling and re-installing, but the same thing happens.
Can anyone offer any advice on how to activate this software so I can use it?

did your computert come with office 2007 trial?
did you uninstall it before loading 2003? -
Yes it came with a trial of Office 2007, but I never activated it I just loaded my 2003, as I needed Outlook and Home and Student doesnt have it, and then uninstalled the trial version, hence purchasing Pro Plus.

you uninstalled what? 2003? The trial version after installing 2003?
I ran into something similar one time
I beleive I addressed this by running the Windows Installer Cleanup utility and removing anything and everything to do with any office installation
