I tried to open a new office document and got the following error:

This is a 2007 Student and Home version and has been working flawlessly before, the error was very sudden. I cannot run the Diagnostics tool, because it gives the same error. Surprisingly I did not find a solution for this on Google.
The error appears for all programms: Word, Excell etc.
I'm running Windows 7 64-bit, computer specs are in the sig.

Any ideas on how to solve this, without a reinstall (because this is my last cd-key out of the three which were availalbe)

You shouldn't worry about reinstalling, the license keys are per machine install so you can reinstall as many times as you see fit assuming the key is not being used on another machine.

Have you manually run the office Diagnostics?
What if you do a "Winword /safe"? Will Word run?
