Hi guys,
I'm tempted to switch from Office 2003 to 2007. But I don't want to install Vista. Is there any issue? Also, does Office 2007 consume much more recourses than 2003? Is the switch worthy? (I have a 1.5 Gb ram PC)
Thanks for the advices.

Office 2007 runs fine on XP, it does not need Vista.
As for as resource usage goes, it not too bad. Its as fast as 2003 and unless you are running on 256MB or less RAM there shouldnt any problems in terms of performance. -
i have office 2007 on my lappy which uses XP, and it runs fine!! i used to have office 2002 and 2007 runs alot better - loads up quicker, etc. it just a bit awkward getting used to with the menu layouts. if u are a student go onto http://www.theultimatesteal.com/home.asp and you can get the ultimate edition for £40, dont know how much its in $$ though.
