all in all, backstage brought to the actual file management the innovations the ribbon brought to the file editing. more on the office 2010 blog on what changed, why it changed, and how it's better that way -

Especially useful to disassociate Excel graphs from the Excel Spreadsheet in Word by pasting them as a picture
(Or for copying matrices and just taking numerical values from one sheet to another)
But its been out for quite a while now.
Over 2007, 2010 offers improved performance, and they aimed at offering 64Bit support for Excel... -
I love backstage view: everything is that much clearer. I also like the more neutral color scheme (no blue) 07 seems dated already, and this is only a minor UI change.
Having Ribbons in Publisher and Outlook is pretty sweet too! -
I love the new and features of Outlook, Visio, and OneNote 2010. I also find interesting Sharepoint 2010, hoever I am still looking into that one.

I am very excited for Office 2010. I can't wait for my University to get us Enterprise Licenses.

Works well for me but still a bit buggy. I like that the gave the FILE function back in the form of a tab as opposed to the big ball in the corner
